to mid-80s. northwest winds ten to 120. southern areas, down in parts of virginia, maybe southern maryland that cud get closer to 85. 53 to 63 tonight with clear to partly cloudy sky and a west wind at 5:00 and the west wind 7:18. i want to talk about the dew points the dry air that's around with dew points in the 40s to upper 50s. don't have a lot of moisture to work with. when the front comes through, it doesn't have a lot to work with. some showers off to the north in new jersey, new england. all we are seeing are high clouds streaming in from the midwest with temperatures in and around the metro. now down to 57 in reston. fairfax is 85. springfield is 62. portion county, brandywine, 60. andrews 61. columbia 60. crofton 59. montgomery county pair of 60s from gaithersburg and rockville. 65 national. dew point of 59. the winds light out of the south southwest at five and a few high clouds around. we'll expand the picture and you can see the clouds streaming in from the midwest with dying showers moving in to illinois. low pressure will perform in the midwest and head this way. a

. this is courtesy of david down in stafford, virginia. that was the international space station. if you go to space flight at nasa.gov, you're looking at opportunities to view things in space or something or other, you can see the next couple of days, we can still see the international space station. you're going to have to look lower in the sky. this was 60 degrees up in the sky. so the next two days, it will be at a lower angle. but interesting. thanks to the photograph out there, david. next few days, we are looking for a warmer forecast after we burn off morning fog. near mid 80s, taking us to 84 for tomorrow. keeping it through wednesday, there's a slight chance of rain coming in that we'll get to. overnight tonight as i was just discussing with bruce, we could see the fog, maybe into some of the more lower line areas, areas that normally see the thicker fog -- i don't see widespread dense fog now. we don't have the advisories. i will update things as necessary. you can check at wusa9.com for tonight or tomorrow morning. howard will have the latest tomorrow morning. the fog burns off, lots of
